Fire Risk Assessment
A fire Risk Assessment is required under the duties set by the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005. We can provide a systematic evaluation of the factors that determine the hazard from fire, the likelihood that there will be a fire and the consequences if one were to occur.
What is a competent person?
A competent person should have the necessary training, knowledge, and experience to recognise the hazards and risks in your business and be able to advise on safe systems of work to eliminate or reduce them to an acceptable level.
The level of competence required can vary depending on the activities being undertaken by the business. The advantage of having an external competent person allows for that skill set and knowledge to be available immediately.
